What if all the good people in America said "I am getting involved and not quitting until things are the best they can be" and then they did just that?

SUMMARY

INDEX

dervied from Chapter "Good Laws and Bad People = Bad Government"

Scripturally, it is God's people who are most qualified for political leadership, for the judgeships and for responsible decisions. By yielding these offices to others we are inviting oppression on ourselves, our families and our fellow man. If we elect the ungodly, we can expect ungodly government. Simple enough? If we elect religious hypocrites, we should expect ungodly government. These are simple rules. Apple trees make apples. Orange trees make oranges. Ungodliness makes ungodliness. If a family wanted a puppy but only had a cat, would they pray for their cat to have puppies? Truly, is this not as logical as electing non-believers to office and praying for righteous law and government? We cannot expect godliness from the ungodly any more than we should expect puppies from cats. It is we who must pray and repent.

Derived from Chapter "Church and State"

As a matter of historical fact, the entire establishment of America was largely a Christian and spiritual vision in deference to the Holy Bible as the supreme tangible source of law, value, and government. You don’t have to believe me. Read the Declaration of Independence. Read the Constitution. Read the state constitution of your own state. All 50 state constitutions honorably refer to God.

Quotes from the book

"Mercy is not a basket that hides the light."

"A world without truth and against God is a very dark place."

"We don't have to go looking for trouble. Just take an uncompromising stand and the trouble will come to you. When that trouble comes it is God's way of publishing His truth and you must not pull back."

"Truth is not the bad guy. Sin is the bad guy. Sin ruins relationships."

"Separating personal religious preference in governing is a historically correct interpretation of our form of government for more than 200 years. This is a mighty far cry from the current objective of diligently removing godliness and Christianity from government."
derived from Chapter "The Battle of Conspiracies"

There is a contest. There are opposing conspiracies. There will ultimately be one and only one winner. These are not compatible philosophies.
Understand that nothing remains stagnant. We are either gaining ground or losing ground. Things do not remain the same. This is true in most of life. Christians must put their values into the laws, or the ungodly will put their values into law. The ungodly use the laws to force their ungodly values on Christians and all citizens. Or Christians will use the laws to force godly values on Christians and all citizens. PERIOD. It is that simple. It is a contest either way. Don't believe that it isn't.
If we politely nod our head and say, "I don't want to fight about it", then those that are willing to fight for what they believe will prevail. Then, they will fight against your Christian values and if again you say, "I don't want to fight about it", your Christian values will become criminal in the land that was once a Christian nation. And that, my friend, has already happened on many matters.
This is where we are now. Still, most Christians say, "I don't want to fight about it." So what is next? Santa is in, Jesus is out. Easter bunny is in, resurrected Christ is out. Witchcraft and Ouija boards are harmless fun while children must be legally protected from the 10 commandments, the Bible and Jesus Christ. All religions are welcome but Christianity is restricted.
The enemy [spiritual forces] has already celebrated the defeat of Christianity in America. We are no longer defending our territory. We have already lost it. Like the Jews conquered by the Romans, we can do our traditional stuff but under Roman rule. Churches are non-profit corporations that by law can only maintain their non-profit status if they refrain from political activity. Doesn’t this strike you as at the very least, an interesting restriction? Our churches are governed by the "Romans".
However, unlike a conquered people, we still have citizenship equal to the "Romans". We are even welcome to rule if we desire. We are still welcome to object, even if the objection is ignored. Yes, it is now too late for a defensive strategy. Even in the ranks of the church, sin is embraced; the Bible is interpreted to conform to politically correct ideas. The only strategy that makes sense at this stage is an uprising. But who will go?
"I don't want to fight about it" is how we got here and it will get even worse unless we fight about it. Obviously, most Christians prefer to give up their Christian values than fight for what is true. Maybe our values are far less like God’s than we care to admit.
But God owns victory. It is his property. And not only America, but the whole earth is the Lord's.
Derived from Chapter "Love Plus Knowledge and Truth"

I cannot possibly overemphasize God's, Jesus' and the entire scripture's emphasis on love. ... All sacrifice for the Lord is pointless if it fails His most basic and important command - to love.
